Replacements are provided exclusively for items that arrive damaged or for shipments confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier. To be eligible for a replacement, claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery or the expected delivery date for lost shipments, and may require supporting documentation such as photographs or carrier verification. Approved claims will be fulfilled through a replacement of the original item only; refunds, store credits, or other forms of compensation are not provided.
